Russian strike on Dnipro hospice kills one, injures 17 and damages civilian infrastructure
Russian forces attacked Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih district overnight on November 3 and renewed strikes on Dnipro in the morning. One person was killed and 17 were injured in Dnipro, where a hospice housing nearly 100 severely ill elderly patients was damaged. Hospitals, homes, schools, cultural institutions, energy facilities and water infrastructure were also affected.
