State Fund for Regional Development
The State Fund for Regional Development (DFRR) is a special fund of the Ukrainian state budget created to finance programmes and projects of regional development. Its resources support infrastructure, social and investment initiatives at the oblast, district and community levels. The allocation of funds is governed by Ukraine's Budget Code and reflects national priorities together with proposals from regional authorities.
