State Budget of Ukraine
The State Budget of Ukraine is the country's main financial plan, drafted by the Cabinet of Ministers, approved by the Verkhovna Rada, and setting out the state's revenues and expenditures for the relevant fiscal year. It consists of a general and a special fund and finances state programmes, social payments, defence, education, healthcare and other areas. Its execution is overseen by the Accounting Chamber and the Ministry of Finance, with the key indicator being the ratio of actual revenues and expenditures to those planned.
