State Tax Service of Ukraine
The State Tax Service of Ukraine (STS) is the central body of executive authority responsible for implementing state tax policy and administering taxes and levies. Its legal status is established by the Tax Code of Ukraine and relevant acts of the Cabinet of Ministers. The STS operates under the Ministry of Finance and maintains the register of taxpayers, enforces tax legislation and provides related administrative services.
