Department of Consular Service of Ukraine
The Department of Consular Service of Ukraine is a structural unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine responsible for the country's consular affairs. It reports directly to the MFA and is headed by a director appointed by the minister. Its responsibilities include protecting the rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens abroad, providing consular services, maintaining consular records, processing passport and visa matters, and responding to emergencies involving Ukrainians overseas.
