Ukraine sets reservation quotas and creates coordination centre for critical enterprises
Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers adopted and published a resolution reorganising the reservation of employees liable for military service. It sets reservation limits of 95% for energy and defence-industrial companies, 75% for communal services and 50% for other businesses, while creating a coordination centre to unify criticality rules and monitor compliance. The government says the changes aim to curb unjustified reservations without disrupting critical production.
