Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe

The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is the Council of Europe's decision-making body, made up of the foreign ministers of all 46 member states or their permanent representatives. It adopts the organisation's political decisions, approves its budget and programmes of activity, and supervises the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The Committee also monitors member states' compliance with Council of Europe conventions.
