Christian Democratic People's Party
The Christian Democratic People's Party (KDNP) is a Hungarian right-wing political party founded in 1944 on Christian democratic and conservative principles. Since Viktor Orbán returned to the office of prime minister in 2010, the party has served as the junior coalition partner of Fidesz in the national government. Its long-serving president Sándor Semjén was succeeded by Gábor Böröndi.
