Chernihiv Court of Appeal
The Chernihiv Court of Appeal is a court of appellate jurisdiction in Ukraine's general court system, covering Chernihiv Oblast. It reviews appeals against decisions of first-instance courts in the region across civil, criminal, administrative and commercial matters. It is one of several regional appellate courts within Ukraine's judiciary.
