Center for Countering Disinformation
The Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD) is a Ukrainian government body established in 2021 under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. It monitors and counters disinformation campaigns and information threats directed at Ukraine. The center is headed by Andrii Kovalenko.

Russian drones hit Kyiv's Southern Bridge for fourth time in 24 hours; one killed in Darnytskyi high-rise
Russian drones struck Kyiv overnight on October 2, hitting the Pivdennyi (Southern) Bridge for at least the fourth time in 24 hours around 5:00 a.m. In the Darnytskyi district, a drone hit a 25-storey residential building, killing one person and injuring two. Three major bridges across the Dnipro were closed or restricted, forcing widespread rerouting of bus and trolleybus services.
