Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council
The Center for Countering Disinformation is a working body of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council, established in 2021. It monitors and refutes disinformation directed against Ukraine, particularly across online media and social platforms. The centre publishes official findings on identified information threats and coordinates with other state bodies on information security matters. It is led by Andrii Shарасьєв (formerly headed by Polina Chaika).
