Carpathian 8
The Carpathian Eight (officially the High-Level Format of Central European Countries) is an informal grouping of eight Central European states convened to coordinate policy on Ukraine and regional security. Its members are Poland, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Austria and Slovenia. Summits are held at the level of heads of state and government. The inaugural summit took place in Poland in 2024, with a subsequent summit hosted by Ukraine.
