Ukraine uncovers criminal network linking security, police officials with crime figures
Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities have exposed a second criminal organization in the “Carthage” operation, allegedly linking senior law-enforcement officials with criminal figures. Five participants were notified of suspicion, while the Higher Anti-Corruption Court placed Volodymyr Tsenov and Vitalii Rybalko in custody on November 5.
