Commercial Vessel Khoryv Sinks in Black Sea, One Crew Member Dead and Three Missing
The Comoros-flagged commercial vessel Khoryv sank in the Black Sea on 23 October, about 13 nautical miles from Constanța, Romania. Nine crew members were rescued alive, one body was recovered, and three people remain missing. The cause is unresolved: early reports suspected a drone attack, but Romanian authorities did not clarify the cause of the fire.
