Russian drone strike disrupts water and energy infrastructure in Kyiv Oblast
A Russian drone hit infrastructure in Bila Tserkva, disrupting water supply across the city and damaging an energy facility in the district. Overnight attacks across Kyiv Oblast also injured one man in Obukhiv district and damaged vehicles. Ukrainian air defences said they neutralised 154 of 193 drones used in the attack.
