Belarusian Potash Company
The Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) is a state-owned potash fertilizer trader established in 2013 by the Belarusian government, consolidating the export operations of the country's main potash miner Belaruskali. It emerged as the state-controlled monopoly exporter of Belarusian potash after the breakup of the Belarusian-Russian joint venture Uralkali in 2013, which had previously dominated global potash trade together with Canada's Canpotex. The company is headquartered in Minsk and operates under close government oversight.
