Ukraine plans to increase veterans’ housing funding and launch €60 million mortgage programme
Ukraine plans to allocate ₴6.9 billion to its veterans’ housing programme in 2027, ₴1.2 billion more than in 2026. The Ministry of Veterans Affairs is also preparing a €60 million veterans’ mortgage programme with the Council of Europe Development Bank, with launch tentatively planned for the first quarter of 2027.
