Russian overnight attack cuts power to about 100,000 subscribers in four Chernihiv Oblast districts
In the early hours of Tuesday, September 22, Russia struck Ukraine with drones, jet drones and ballistic missiles. An energy facility in a neighboring region was hit, leaving roughly 100,000 subscribers without electricity in four districts of Chernihiv Oblast. Explosions were also reported in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih during the same attack.
