Arctic LNG 2
Arctic LNG 2 is a Russian liquefied natural gas project on the Gydan Peninsula in northern Siberia, developed by NOVATEK. It is the third large-scale LNG plant in Russia's Arctic, following Yamal LNG and the smaller Cryogas-Vysotsk terminal, and is designed to produce LNG primarily for export to Asian markets. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the project has been placed under Western sanctions, complicating its financing, shipping and access to LNG technology.

Ukraine's military intelligence publishes data on 20 vessels in Russia's energy-export network
Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) has published data on 20 maritime vessels it says are used to export Russian oil, oil products, and liquefied natural gas or to refuel sanctioned ships. All 20 are under UK or Ukrainian sanctions, and one is also under US sanctions. HUR called on international partners to tighten controls on the sale of such vessels, block servicing of the sanctioned fleet at foreign shipyards, and cut off Russia's energy-export revenues.
