Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court is a judicial body within Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) that reviews appeals against decisions issued by first-instance judges in corruption-related criminal cases. It was established alongside the HACC as part of Ukraine's judicial reform aimed at strengthening the country's institutional capacity to combat high-level corruption. The Chamber operates under the procedural framework set out in Ukraine's criminal procedure legislation and handles appeals arising from the HACC's jurisdiction.
