Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court
The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court is a judicial body operating as part of Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). It reviews appeals in criminal cases falling under the jurisdiction of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). The chamber was established alongside the HACC, which began operating in 2019 as a specialised court handling high-level corruption cases.
