Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is a central government body with special status responsible for protecting economic competition in Ukraine. It enforces competition law, investigates cases of abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements and unfair competition, and reviews mergers and concentrations of business entities. The committee reports to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is headquartered in Kyiv.
