Anti-Corruption Action Center
The Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC) is a Ukrainian non-governmental anti-corruption organisation founded in 2012. It investigates corruption in the highest echelons of government, the judiciary and political parties, produces policy analysis and runs public advocacy campaigns. AntAC cooperates with Ukraine's NABU and SAPO and with international partners, and participates in drafting anti-corruption legislation. Its office is in Kyiv.

Anti-corruption court detains prosecutor's office official in "Carthage" call-center case
On 6 September 2026, a judge of Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court placed Serhiy Kropyva, an official of the Office of the Prosecutor General, in custody with an alternative bail of 120 million UAH. He is the first person detained in NABU and SAP "Operation Carthage," which exposed an alleged criminal organization that prosecutors say systematically took bribes from fraudulent call centers and laundered the proceeds. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko publicly denied any connection to the case and suspended the OGP employee named in the investigation.
