An-26
The Antonov An-26 (NATO reporting name Curl) is a Soviet-designed twin-engine turboprop military transport aircraft developed by the Antonov Design Bureau in the early 1960s as a tactical transport derivative of the An-24 passenger plane. It was produced between 1969 and 1986 at factories in Kyiv and Irkutsk, with more than 1,400 airframes built. The aircraft is designed to carry troops, cargo and paratroopers, and can also be configured for medical evacuation. It remains in widespread service with the air forces of the former Soviet states and other operators of Soviet-era military equipment.

Ukraine hits Rostov airfield and Yaroslavl oil refinery in overnight strikes
President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Ukrainian forces struck a military airfield in Rostov-on-Don and the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl on the night of September 17. The SBU carried out the airfield strike, while the refinery hit was a joint operation of the SBU, the Unmanned Systems Forces, military intelligence (HUR) and the Foreign Intelligence Service. Russian governors reported no casualties from either attack.
