Air Command "West"
Air Command "West" is one of the operational formations of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, responsible for air defence and aviation operations on the western axis of the country. It is part of the Ukrainian Air Force structure and falls under its main headquarters. The command coordinates fighter, air-defence and strike aviation assets, as well as radio-technical units, within its assigned area of responsibility. Its headquarters is located in Lviv.
