Ukraine and Russia exchange prisoners, bringing 270 Ukrainians home
Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners on October 23, with 270 Ukrainians returning home from Russian captivity. The group included 261 servicemembers and nine civilians, most of them defenders of Mariupol. Among the released were 61 members of the National Guard’s 3057 unit, including 35 Azov fighters.
